When Allie Mac Kay was a kid, she thought that turning off the TV paused the show where it was and that she could come back to it in that exact same spot later. What an idiot! Then again, she was just a kid. Kids believe all kinds of dumb crap! Take Beer Mug, for example – He believed that when he watched a movie on VHS, the actors were standing by to act the movie out live. What???
We were certain that some of our listeners would have some awesomely stupid and ridiculous things that they believed as kids too. We were right! Did you believe that photos were in black and white because life was in black and white back then? Wasn’t that how it was in Pleasantville? Did you think that the giant industrial smoke stacks by the beach were where clouds came from?
